- Samples will arrive via USPS, please allow 14 days for delivery. East Coast delivery may be quicker but West Coast may take a few days longer.
- If you require quicker delivery there is a weight based courier option that takes 2-4 days.
- The extra shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight for one or multiple samples ordered.
- Due to the UK / USA time difference, your order will likely despatch the day after you place your order.

- Delivery is door-to-door via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address you provide or delivery could be delayed, especially to residential home addresses.
- A swatch card showing all available box colors will be included automatically.

- You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment so you can check progress.

- Covered fully inside and outside with 120gsm special copper pearl lustre paper, no lamination.
- 4cm (1.57”) depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
- 4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.
- 31" x 1” width copper polyester grosgrain ribbon pre-threaded through box body slot. Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced.
