  • Multiple samples will be combined into a single shipment where possible
  • Orders typically despatch the next working day due to the UK / USA time difference
  • Despatches are made Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
  • Samples are shipped via DHL tracked courier and usually arrive within 2–4 working days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total order weight
  • Samples are supplied unbranded and cannot be printed

  • Samples are representative of bulk stock but may be from a different production batch
  • Please allow for manufacturing tolerances when planning product fit
  • Do not produce inserts, labels or wraps until you have ordered a sample and ideally received your bulk order, as slight variations may occur between batches
