How and when boxes ship

The $15 flat-fee shipping price you pay covers a DHL 'signed for' delivery service. Delivery timing will depend on where in the USA you are based, but allow 3-4 working days from the date of your order.

UK is 5 hours ahead of Eastern time (8 hours ahead of Pacific), so all orders placed will likely despatch the next working day, including orders placed as late as 11:59pm PST. We despatch Monday – Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays. Taking delivery

Only sign for what you have received!  For example, if you sign for two packages and have only received one, it makes it difficult for us to track any missing packages.  Please ensure there will be someone available to take delivery of your goods at the address specified, as a signature will be required. Please notify any delivery shortages or damages to us immediately upon receipt, by completing the JotForm to the right.

Returns Policy

At your cost you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided cartons arrive at our receiving warehouse in good condition and are saleable. In the event that you receive defective goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping or more likely credit you the value depending on the issue. 

Normally you should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of our receiving goods back at our warehouse, although in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please include a copy of your original Despatch Note affixed to the outside of one of the cartons of returns, or mark your name/details clearly on the cartons, otherwise we may be unable to identify the returned items, which could delay your refund.

If you need part replacement for damaged goods please complete the JotForm and we will advise the best options for arranging return and replacement.
