Shipping & Sample Information

All samples are supplied flat-packed and wrapped in protective corrugated board
Multiple samples will be combined into a single shipment where possible
A color swatch card can be added to your order at checkout
Orders typically despatch the next working day due to the UK / USA time difference
Despatches are made Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
Samples are shipped via DHL tracked courier and usually arrive within 2–4 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total order weight
Shipments require a signature on delivery

Samples are representative of bulk stock but may be from a different production batch
Allow for manufacturing tolerances when planning inserts or internal fit
Do not produce inserts, labels or wraps until you have ordered a sample and ideally received your bulk order, as slight manufacturing tolerances may occur between production batches
