Your selected foil colors are heat-pressed into the surface of the box using two separate precision-engraved metal dies - one for each color. This creates a clean, slightly recessed finish. Foils are available in matt, satin or shiny metallic options.

How does it work?
Your logo is engraved into two separate precision metal dies- also known as blocks, plates or stamps - one for each foil color.
Your chosen foil color is mounted on the foil blocking machine, and the corresponding engraved metal die is aligned with your required position on the box. Test impressions are carried out on sample boxes to perfect the heat and pressure settings for both colors, ensuring a crisp and even result. Setup typically takes around 45 minutes per color.
Once testing is complete, your design is applied using controlled heat and pressure to bond the foil to the box surface. The first color is applied to all boxes, followed by the second colour, ensuring precise registration between both elements of the design.
Your boxes are now complete, featuring your 2-color logo or design with a premium, slightly debossed finish in metallic, matt or shiny foil. You can mix foil finishes between the two colors, or include a no color debossed element together with a 1 color foil.
