Managing Director, in charge of all things quite important. Founder of Foldabox (luxury retail packaging specialists) with 30 years experience in sales, product development and marketing. The creative ideas person of the team. Turned her childhood expertise of making peg dolls and butterflies from loo roll inners and doilies to create hand crafted boxes for friends, family and charity. Loves bulldogs, crime dramas, Jellytots and Mark the IT guru.

Our American IT guru. In charge of anything technical that breaks or stops working. A vast and varied list of past experience, most of which we are unable to print for legal reasons and fear of corrupting the innocent, vulnerable or easily mislead. Currently working on his PhD, so allegedly the smartest one in the team (update... now has his PhD, so is officially the smartest member of the team!) Renowned for his afternoon naps aka, ‘I’m going to read’. Loves Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Son House, Bourbon and Nicole the MD.

Chief ‘bean counter’ and Mother of the MD. In charge of everything very important, such as paying the salaries. Our charming curmudgeon who works on the top floor, aka Rita (Rottweiler in The Attic). Renowned for her frequent declarations of, “I want to retire”, though no-one has yet taken her seriously and we’d all miss her too much. Doesn’t like anything or anyone most of the time. Actually she loves clients who pay on time and VAT returns that balance but that’s all we could think of.

Our USA Customer Liaison Manager. In charge of all things our American customers might ask or need help with. An expert in USA to UK translation and a vast experience in Customer Service with the perfect disposition; warm, kind, helpful and always cheerful. Also a qualified massage therapist who runs her own business, The Lavender Room. Loves her two Daughters Anna and Emily, Nigel our Branding Director, all things cute and fluffy, cooking and world cuisine.

UK Stock Sales Manager, Office Manager, UK Customer Services Manager and anything else that needs managing, or that the rest of us don’t do. In charge of all things extremely important. Completely unflappable and calm even under pressure. The most helpful member of the team, nothing is ever too much trouble. Renowned for being funny without even trying. Loves her two cats, her Daughter Ciara, Kenny Rogers and all the team at our warehouse, (we had to say that in case anyone actually reads these Bio’s and we need the favour of a dispatch past the official cut-off time).

Our UK Bespoke Packaging Sales Manager. In charge of everything you can’t buy from our stock range. A consummate professional with a vast experience in sales and account management. She has unwavering patience and determination to get things done to customer satisfaction. Renowned for her ability to run… a very, very long way and usually before the rest of us are even out of bed. Definitely the healthiest and most energetic member of the team. Loves her two boys Simon and Michael and the odd glass (or two) of white wine, so long as it isn’t Chardonnay.

Branding Director extraordinaire. In charge of handling any stock boxes that need custom printing and USA bespoke sales enquiries. 30 years experience in sales, business development and worldwide sourcing. An incredibly hard worker with unwavering dedication, loyalty and perseverance. Renowned for his daily allegorical references, ability to eat even the chocolate we think we’ve hidden and his concept of 10 minutes, which is usually at least an hour. Loves his four children, Alison our USA Customer Service Manager, chocolate, more chocolate and skyscrapers.

Our Production Manager extraordinaire and newest member of the FAB family. Without any prior experience it was a baptism of fire but she took to the role like a duck to water. Her razor sharp attention to detail keeps us all in check. When not engrossed with purchase orders and production schedules can be found 'upcycling' and creating ‘must have’ furniture. Enjoys a Bacardi & Coke (or two) and with best friend Janice, they make a formidable and often memorable party duo! Loves her dog Finn and children Alex and Georgia.

Our fantastic Print Management Executive, also responsible for handling custom print onto stock gift boxes. The youngest and by far the grooviest member of the team! Blaire first came to us for work experience 8 years ago, which evidently and thankfully didn’t put her off! Passionate about establishing her own on-line flower girl dress business. When not working flat out for Foldabox and designing fab dresses, can be found binge watching Netflix crime dramas or conspiracy theories. Loves her two Chihuahuas Fox and Pepper, boyfriend Dean and her Dad… who is Nigel our Branding Director!

Our newest member of the print team is mellow,  super efficient, patient and calm under pressure. Without any previous experience, she has more than risen to the challenge and we wonder how we managed without her.  When not arranging print production for our UK and USA customers, our VanLife film buff enjoys lifting weights with her bestie, Blaire and socialising with friends. She’s kind and caring, unless it comes to a battle over sweets, then the elbows are out…she always wins! She loves heading to Bournemouth and Brighton with boyfriend Tom in their camper.

Nicole our MD established Foldabox in 2005, and founded it on the simple idea that high-quality packaging is the first thing that a customer sees, and it should represent the brand’s ideals. There was a gap in the market for high-quality, easy to store and space saving packaging available to small businesses who did not have large volume requirements. We remained fanatical about quality, innovation and creativity and now, after many years, Foldabox has over 140,000 combinations of sizes, colours and closures alongside both printing and bespoke services to make sure your business is presented as you’d like it to be.

With over 140 combined years of team knowledge in worldwide sourcing, packaging development and design, Foldabox has successfully supplied gift boxes to many leading brands within the beauty, food, fashion, media and gift markets, but has remained true to our roots as a start-up, and continue to supply boxes in cartons of 12 for small businesses.
