How does it work?
Your logo or design is prepared for printing - either etched onto a mesh screen for screen printing, or programmed into our digital printing system - ready for accurate set-up and positioning.
Your Pantone® ink (screen print) or multi-color digital artwork is printed onto the boxes first. Once the base print is complete, the gloss lacquer layer is prepared. The mesh screen or digital alignment is then tested to ensure the gloss sits precisely over the intended areas of the design.
A clear gloss lacquer is applied over selected parts of the printed design or across the entire print, adding depth, shine and a premium highlight effect. Each box is printed individually and dried to ensure a flawless glossy finish.
Your boxes are complete, featuring your logo or design in Pantone® screen print or full-color digital print, enhanced with a luxurious gloss lacquer layer that elevates key details and adds a high-end visual finish.
