General Terms & Conditions
The colors of the boxes shown on our website are provided as a guideline and are accurate in terms of photography but may vary depending on the type and resolution of your computer/mobile screen. If you require more accurate confirmation of the box colors, please order a swatch card before placing your bulk order. We supply a swatch card free of charge with a sample order available to select at checkout, or one is available to purchase. We cannot accept the cost of returning goods based on color expectations taken from our website alone.

Box and ribbon colors may vary slightly from order to order due to printing color variations on production, but these will be minimal. Sizes quoted are approximate +/- 3-5mm. Please do not order boxes for a specific size product unless you are sure it will fit. We cannot accept the cost of returning goods based on specific size requirements. There is accurate information on the specifications tabs for each box with details of the box sizes when flat, erected, outer carton sizes, and weight, etc. You may also order a single sample to verify all details meet your requirements before placing your bulk order.
We accept no liability for additional products created to fit our boxes or modifications made to the boxes after delivery.
Do not arrange to make inserts or wraps for boxes based on website size information and allow for possible size variations. Ideally produce any additional products such as inserts after you are in receipt of the bulk product and have a range of examples available to size any relevant additions.
Minimum Order Quantity
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Our minimum order quantity is 24 boxes = 2 complete case of 12 boxes (any size/colour). All boxes are supplied in single colors of 12 per carton, and we cannot split or mix colors within each 12-piece box. You can order a single sample for evaluation before placing a bulk order. Our MOQ ribbons, and accessories is a carton/pack of 6/12/24 as relevant and specified as the pack size on our website.
Carriage & Handling
Goods are generally dispatched every day Monday - Friday (excluding UK Holidays) from our warehouse in Bedford, UK on a 3-4 working day service (does not include Saturday or Sunday). This service is not guaranteed, and you should allow up to 5-7 days depending on your location, especially to more remote areas or during peak times such as Christmas. The cut-off time for orders dispatching on the same day you order (delivering to a U.S. mainland address) is 1:30 PM GMT.

Guarantee and Returns
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. However, if you order the wrong item or are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, you can arrange for them to be returned to us. Provided they are received by us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full, less the carriage costs incurred by us, and we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking/handling fee.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the goods are received back at our warehouse in good condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper or receipt of the goods back at our warehouse. In many cases, you will receive a refund much sooner. Please do not return goods without advising us, as we may be unable to identify them and refund you promptly.
Returned goods should be sent to our UK warehouse. We can advise you on the best arrangements depending on the nature of the issue. Foldabox® will pay for and arrange return shipping only when the return is a result of our error, such as receiving the wrong products or defective/damaged products.
If you need part-replacement for damaged goods, please contact us, and we will advise the best options for arranging return/replacement/credit.
If you need to return a product for any reason, please contact us so we can advise you and make the necessary arrangements.
Unfortunately, due to the fact we cannot control the storage conditions of delivered goods, we cannot accept the return or replacement of defective goods after 30 days from delivery. Please check your delivery carefully upon receipt to ensure you are entirely satisfied and the goods are undamaged.
Damages
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded, but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving delivery. Otherwise, no claim will be entertained. We cannot accept claims for shortfall of goods delivered if you have signed to accept the full number of cartons but did not receive them. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded. Please e-mail us with details of the damage and images if possible to support@foldaboxusa.com
Consequential Loss
While we take every reasonable step to ensure that your order is processed accurately and delivered as expected, we cannot accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
The delivery of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods
Delays in delivery, including failure to meet specific deadlines
Customs delays or delays caused by third parties beyond our control.
Although we strive for accuracy and efficiency, some processes involve manual handling or depend on third-party services such as couriers. As such, we cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or errors caused by these external providers.
Product Use & Liability Disclaimer
Foldabox® gift boxes and packaging products are designed and intended for presentation and gift packaging purposes only. They are not suitable for use as protective shipping containers nor for carrying heavy, sharp, hazardous, or structurally delicate items without additional support or product protection.
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the misuse of our products, including (but not limited to):
Use beyond their intended purpose
Inadequate packaging of contents within our products
Failure to follow reasonable storage, handling, or assembly guidelines
Use of products for food contact or consumable items without suitable food-safe liners
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen packaging is appropriate for the specific use case and contents.
Foldabox Limited shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from such misuse, including but not limited to personal injury, product damage, reputational harm, or financial loss.
Branded Gift Boxes
Foldabox® is not responsible for the legal, marketing, or safety compliance of any third-party branding or product information applied to or contained within custom-printed boxes. Please ensure all content and usage complies with applicable local and international regulations.
