We provide both internal and external dimensions so you can confidently check product fit before ordering.

Useful Tip: Cut a piece of paper measuring 3 1/2" x 7" and fold it in half to form an L-shape. This represents the internal base and height of the box and is a simple way to test fit items such as candles, jars or glassware.

  • Do not place an order via our website if you want boxes printed. If you place an order via our website it is for plain stock only and boxes will be despatched without print. If you want printed boxes please follow the below steps.
  • Visit our Printing Page  for example print images and detailed information on the various print styles available. You can also click the 'Print on this Box' Icon on each Product Page.
  • Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide and follow the steps to submit your details and progress an order. Follow the highlighted link above, or go to the Printing Page and click the big pink button at the top of the page, 'Get a Printing Estimate'.
  • Adding a logo enables you to personalise stock gift boxes without the large volume commitment and long lead time needed for a fully made to order box.
  • 24 boxes per size is the minimum and 144 boxes or more (boxes are all packed in 12's) is the most economic quantity due to fixed origination costs that apply, no matter how few or how many boxes are printed.
  • Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock.
  • Stock boxes are already manufactured, so printing options are limited to the outside and inside lid of the box only. 
  • We can use foil, print ink to match a Pantone colour, or deboss your logo. Multiple print colors and CMYK print are also possible depending on registration, design complexity and box color. 
  • We can’t bleed print off the edges of the box, we need a min. 1cm - 2cm border from the outer edge of the print to the edges of the box lid.
  • Allow around 2-3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of useable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes. If you submit an on-line quotation via the estimate form on our printing page you will have the opportunity to specify the delivery date you would ideally like. 
  • Despatch of goods if from the UK. 
  • A flat-rate shipping cost of $30.00 will be added at checkout.
  • The prices shown include duty paid by us.
  • Due to the UK / USA time difference, your order will likely despatch 1-2 days after you place your order. 
  • Orders are despatched Monday - Friday only, excluding UK national holidays. See our UK Holiday Information for exact dates affected. 
  • Delivery is made via DHL courier. This usually takes 2 - 4 days from dispatch. East Coast delivery could be quicker. West Coast, or to more remote locations can take a little longer. 
  • If you order a large quantity of boxes this can also take longer as we need to make a special arrangement for a heavy weight consignment. This can add a day to the preparation of the consignment and may add a day or two to delivery once the goods have shipped.
  • Contact us if you have an urgent requirement so we can help manage your expectations.
  • Delivery is door-to-door via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address you provide or delivery could be delayed, especially to residential addresses.
  • Please only sign for the number of packages you physically receive. Your consignment may be made up of multiple packages.
  • Contact us immediately if you have any queries regarding your delivery, if you become aware of any damages, or a delivery shortage. Delay in advising us of damages or shortages may prevent us from sending replacements or tracking missing packages. Please notify us of any problem within 3 days from delivery.
  • Please check your full consignment carefully upon receipt. 
  • You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment so you can check progress.
  • Delivery timings advised here exclude boxes printed with your own custom logo. The above timings are only for plain unbranded stock ordered from the website.

  • Prices on our website are wholesale trade prices.
  • We offer discount based on the total net value spend of your order, excluding delivery.
  • If you spend US$1,000.00 or more enter the discount code 10% discount at checkout and 10% will be deducted automatically from your box order value.

  • These discounts apply to plain stock boxes ordered via the website.
  • Order value discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special price offers or promotions.

  • You can buy individual or multiple samples of any gift box.
  • Samples are not available for our accessory items.
  • Samples are the same as bulk stock but may be from a different batch. See our Help Desk FAQ's for more detailed information. 
  • Do not manufacture inserts or decorative wrappers without ordering a sample and be aware of manufacturing tolerances.
  • We recommend you buy a sample before buying bulk to ensure the color, size and quality meet your requirements.
  • Click the ‘Buy Sample’ pink button on any individual Product Page, or navigate from the top menu under ‘Samples’ by size or color.
  • The individual sample charge includes the item, picking and packing.
  • The relevant delivery cost will be added at checkout based on the total weight of the consignment.
