General Terms & Conditions

The colours of the boxes shown on our website are provided as a guideline and are very accurate in terms of photography but may vary depending on the type and resolution of your own computer. If you require more accurate confirmation regarding the colours and ribbons available, please order a swatch card before placing your order. We supply swatch cards free of charge, so we cannot accept full refund of goods based on colour expectations taken solely from our website.  

Box and ribbon colours may vary slightly from order to order due to printing/dye colour variations on each production run but these will be minimal. Sizes quoted are approximate +/- 1/8". Please do not order boxes for a specific size product unless you are sure it will fit, we cannot accept full refund of goods based on specific size requirements. There is accurate information on each of our box product pages showing internal/external size, weight etc. Where the internal size is critical we recommend that customers order a single sample, in order to verify all aspects meet your requirements.  

Minimum Order Quantity

Goods are not supplied sale or return. Our minimum order quantity is 2 cases of boxes. All boxes are supplied in single colours of 12 individual boxes per case and we cannot split or mix colours. You can order a single sample for evaluation before placing a bulk order.

Carriage & Handling

Goods are despatched every day Monday - Friday (excluding UK public holidays) from our warehouse in Bedford, UK. 95% of orders despatch on the next working day following the date of order. 

Guarantee and Returns

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If you order the wrong item, you must arrange for them to be returned to us. Providing boxes are received back at our UK warehouse undamaged and in saleable condition, we will refund the original price paid for the boxes returned, less a Re-stocking fee of $15.

Damages

If any goods arrive faulty or damaged we can arrange for them to be replaced or refunded, but please notify us within 3 days of delivery or your claim may be excluded.

Check and count all cartons on delivery. We cannot accept claims for shortfall of goods delivered if you have signed to accept the full number of cartons, but did not receive them. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Email Customer Services at info@foldaboxusa.com or call us on 917.310.3728


Consequential Loss


We take every reasonable care with your order, to try to ensure the correct goods are picked and despatched according to your expectations. Please understand that some of our procedures involve human intervention or are provided by 3rd parties -  for example DHL or USPS. We cannot accept claims for losses arising as a consequence of our delivering incorrect products, damaged or faulty goods, or failure to deliver by a specific date.

Your consumer rights remain unaffected.
