My name is Barbara, I’m mum to two little ones, and I am the Designer and Owner at Giftboxed.
I have a varied background, with jobs ranging from Human Resources Manager to running my own wedding venue styling business.
I started crafting whilst on maternity leave, initially by making keepsake jewellery for family and friends, which proved so popular that I was soon being asked if I could make personalised items for friends of friends and extended family members. And so my designing journey began. I quickly realised that I had a new found passion for not just making, but a wider love of designing things, and that is how my work has grown and developed over the years. With GiftBoxed I have brought together my love of crafting and designing with my experience of working in the wedding industry to create a range of the highest quality gift boxes and keepsakes specifically aimed at the wedding market.
